Before you can use the TravelMaster website to purchase a product you will need to create an account and register a Smartcard. This simple guide will take you through the the step-by-step process.
To create an online account, select the 'Sign-Up/In' button or visit retail.sytravelmaster.com directly. This will take you to our Web Retail System through which you can create an online account.
The Retail page will give you two options, 'I Have a Card' and 'I Need a Card'.
I HAVE A CARD
If you already have a Smartcard which you want to register, simply select 'I Have a Card'. This will take you to a page to register your smart card number. Simply enter and verify your 18-digit Smartcard number starting 633597.
Hitting Register will then open up your Account Registration Form. Please fill out your details ensuring any marked with an * are completed.
I NEED A CARD
If you do not have a Standard TravelMaster Smartcard but want to order one online, select 'I Need a Card'. This will open up your Account Registration form. Please fill out your details ensuring any marked with an * are completed.
Once you select 'Register' you will be given the option to order a Smartcard immediately. To do this, click 'Apply for a new card here'.
Standard TravelMaster Smartcards cost £1. To apply for a card, first review our Terms and Conditions then select 'Apply'. This will then take you to the payment page. Once payment is confirmed your card will be sent to your registered address. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
