The TravelMaster App uses a different system so already created accounts and registered smartcards will not show. You can use an email which has been registered on the previous system.
To create an account on the app:
- Select My Travel from the bottom three options.
- Select Sign In.
- Choose Sign Up and enter your First Name, Last Name and Email the select Next.
- Enter a Password using 8 characters then Re-enter password. Check then tick Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and select Submit.
A Confirmation Message will show if your account was successfully created. The Email Verification will be sent within 24 hours. Please check your Junk, Spam or Other email folders if you cannot see this email.
To request the Verification Email be resend:
- Select Tickets from the bottom three options.
- Select Verify.
- Choose Re-send verification email from the Confirm your email address pop-up tab.
A Email re-sent message will show in the Confirm your email address pop-up tab if this was successful.
