Unfortunately, TravelMaster are unable to refund lost or stolen Smartcards. To report your Smartcard as lost or stolen, please email us at enquiries@sytravelmaster.com 


For replacements:


  • Non-Personalised Smartcard – you can purchase another Smartcard for £1. Non-personalised Smartcards can be purchased online, from Ticket Machines or on-board most Buses and Trams.


  • Bespoke Annual SYConnect+ Smartcard  – Theses Smartcards are no longer in production. To request a replacement for your Bespoke Annual SYConnect+ Smartcard, please call our Pass Hotline on 0114 478 2266.
