You can buy tickets and load using the TravelMaster App. 


To load tickets using the app directly after purchase: 

  • On the Purchase complete screen, select Load Now from the bottom two options.
  • Place your smartcard against the NFC reader of your device and select OK
  • If loading was successful, a Tick will appear. 
  • The ticket will now show as Active or show the ticket Start date.
  • You can view the ticket details by selecting Details.


To load tickets using the app at a later date:

  • Select Tickets from the bottom three options. 
  • Select which smartcard you originally selected during purchase. 
  • Select Sync from the top right.
  • If loading was successful, a Tick will appear. 
  • The ticket will now show as Active or show the ticket Start date.
  • You can view the ticket details by selecting Details.


If the ticket load was not successful, the ticket will show as Not sync'd


When using our app, please hold the smartcard directly flat and touching against the NFC reader of your device. A quick Google search can help locate where this is on your device. Please hold the smartcard touching your device at all times during the loading process. It can also help to remove your device case / protector as this can interfere with the NFC signal.
