I've lost my Smartcard?

Unfortunately, TravelMaster are unable to offer cash refunds for lost or stolen Smartcards. To report your Smartcard as lost or stolen, please contact us using the contact us webform.


Lost tickets can also be blocked and transferred if proof of purchase is provided. TravelMaster do not provide replacement smartcards.


For replacements:


  • Non-Personalised Smartcard – you can purchase another Smartcard for £1. Non-personalised Smartcards can be purchased online, from Ticket Machines or on-board most Buses and Trams.
