Unfortunately, TravelMaster are unable to offer cash refunds for lost or stolen Smartcards. To report your Smartcard as lost or stolen, please email us at help@sytravelmaster.com 

Lost tickets can also be blocked and transferred if proof of purchase is provided. TravelMaster do not provide replacement smartcards.

For replacements:

  • Non-Personalised Smartcard – you can purchase another Smartcard for £1. Non-personalised Smartcards can be purchased online, from Ticket Machines or on-board most Buses and Trams.
