You can now load tickets you bought onto your smartcard without first logging in. Just hold your smartcard onto your devices NFC reader while selecting Quick Sync.
TravelMaster tickets can be bought from the TravelMaster Retail Website and through the TravelMaster App.
To load tickets using Quick Sync:
- Select Account from the bottom three options.
- Select Quick Sync.
- The Tap your card to sync message will appear.
- Place the smartcard against your devices NFC reader and hold in place.
- If loading was successful, a Tick will appear.
- The ticket will now show as Active or show the ticket Start date.
If the ticket load was not successful, the ticket will show as Not sync'd.
When using our app, please hold the smartcard directly flat and touching against the NFC reader of your device. A quick Google search can help locate where this is on your device. Please hold the smartcard touching your device at all times during the loading process. It can also help to remove your device case / protector as this can interfere with the NFC signal.
